Gospel singer Dianna Hobbs uses her musical platform to contribute Hurricane Helene relief.

Actor and filmmaker Tyler Perry is donating $2.75 million to older homeowners in Atlanta to help ensure they’re able to stay in their homes.

“Women, children, and families need emergency assistance,” said Hobbs, 45, who donates food and other resources to those in need through partnerships with local, regional, national, and global humanitarian organizations.

Many charities are bound to see less toy donations from manufacturers this holiday season because many containers holding their products are stuck at U.S. ports because of supply chain issues caused by the pandemic.

Empowering Everyday Women, Inc., a Christian 501c3 nonprofit organization in Western New York which oversees and distributes EEW Magazine Online, is ramping up its COVID-19 hunger relief efforts to help meet the overwhelming need for food assistance during the Thanksgiving holiday.

Kevin Hart will host the return of a popular telethon once spearheaded by the late Jerry Lewis to fight muscular dystrophy. The Muscular Dystrophy Association announced that Hart will host the MDA Kevin Hart Kids Telethon. The two-hour, star-studded virtual fundraiser event will air Oct. 24.

“My ministry team and I appreciate your generous donation on #GivingTuesday this year,” said Dianna Hobbs, CEO of Empowering Everyday Women Ministries, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides free Christian resources and humanitarian aid around the world.

On Thursday, Nov. 7, Empowering Everyday Women Ministries held its 1st annual Feed 5,000  Thanksgiving Fundraising Drive at City Church in Buffalo to feed the hungry. Meals were distributed to the hungry in the community.

Samaritan's Purse is on the ground in the Southern plains after the area was hit by dozens of devastating tornadoes and massive flooding. In the immediate aftermath of the storms, the organization sent staff and two disaster relief units—tractor-trailers stocked with critical relief supplies. Efforts are ongoing.

Dianna Hobbs’ “Do Good On Purpose” campaign, which she launched in 2018, through Empowering Everyday Women Ministries, continues to provide the much-needed gift of warmth to those without shelter.
