Black women have long been underrepresented on television. But things are slowly changing as Black Christian women like Tamron Hall, Jennifer Hudson, and Sherri Shepherd are taking center stage in the notoriously white, secular space of daytime talk shows.

Tamera Mowry-Housley recently announced that she is leaving her daytime talker, The Real, after seven years of co-hosting. The Christian actress said she desires to spend more time with her family and pursue other opportunities – a decision we applaud.

Wherever chaos, confusion, and discord are found, you better believe the devil is at work. Looks like it’s time to rebuke him and his efforts to stir up trouble with Tamar Braxton and the co-hosts of the daytime talk show, “The Real.” The ladies’ three-year ongoing battle is, unfortunately, a hot topic—again.
