Transformation Worship Tops Billboard's Christian and Gospel Albums Charts with 'Overflow'

Transformation Worship, a Christian and gospel music collective, has achieved a significant milestone with their album Overflow. The live-recorded set has debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Christian Albums and Top Gospel Albums charts dated June 1.

Overflow, released on May 17, is the group's first entry on both charts. In the week ending May 23, the album garnered 6,000 equivalent album units, with 5,000 in album sales, according to Luminate.

Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Transformation Worship originated from Transformation Church, led by Pastor Michael Todd. The album, although only seven songs long, spans nearly 54 minutes and features collaborations with prominent artists from the Christian and gospel music scenes, including Todd Dulaney on the title track and Tauren Wells and Fred Hammond on "Anchored."

Overflow showcases Transformation Worship's mission to proclaim God's unwavering faithfulness and boundless generosity. The album includes standout tracks such as "Yahweh," "Siempre Conmigo," and "Impossible? (Nothing At All)," all of which are expected to resonate globally with worshipers.

The debut single, "Overflow," first premiered at the 2022 V02 Conference held at Transformation Church and quickly became a viral success on social media. The song is anticipated to become a new anthem in 2024.

Transformation Worship was founded at Transformation Church in Tulsa, OK, which has emphasized worship as a core belief and value since its inception in 1999. Under the leadership of Pastor Todd, who took over the music ministry in 2010, worship at Transformation Church has evolved with a vision of global impact.

The church invites individuals worldwide to join their journey of spiritual transformation, where they say worship is more than a ritual but a way of life.
