Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee claims to represent 120 individuals with sexual abuse allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs. Shockingly, 25 of these alleged victims were minors at the time of the abuse.

"The age range of the victims is deeply disturbing," Buzbee stated during a Tuesday press conference. "Our youngest victim was only 9 years old when the abuse occurred. We have another who was 14 and one who was 15." According to Buzbee, the 9-year-old met Combs at his Bad Boy offices for a record deal audition. "This individual was allegedly sexually abused by Sean Combs and several others at the studio," Buzbee claimed.

Buzbee described another incident involving a minor seeking to break into the entertainment industry. Combs allegedly promised to make the boy a star, but required a private meeting to discuss the details, away from his parents. "Once they were alone, Mr. Combs allegedly forced the victim to perform oral sex on him," Buzbee stated.

Buzbee also described an incident involving a 15-year-old girl who was allegedly flown to New York City to attend a party. According to Buzbee, the teen was drugged and raped by Combs. He noted that the youngest alleged victims fit a pattern. "All were pursuing careers, with promises of, 'We're going to make you a star.' Instead, [Combs] did things to them that made them never want to be involved in the entertainment industry again."

Combs' attorney, Erica Wolff, released a statement in which Combs vehemently denies the allegations. "Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation."

Buzbee's group of 120 clients is evenly split between men and women. He intends to file civil lawsuits on their behalf against Combs and potential co-defendants, including alleged accomplices, bystanders, enablers, and corporate entities. Buzbee anticipates starting the filing process within the next 30 days. Acknowledging that some claims may be beyond the statute of limitations, he expects most suits will be filed in New York and California.

"I expect that many powerful people will be exposed through this process," Buzbee said Tuesday, declining to provide specific names. "Some of this behavior took place at private residences of well-known individuals. … The names we plan to reveal will be shocking." He stated that anyone who witnessed alleged abuse without intervening could be added as a co-defendant. "I imagine there are many people who are very nervous right now," the lawyer said. "You can't keep secrets hidden forever. I expect many people are currently scrambling to delete their texts and data as they search their memories."

Over half of Buzbee's clients reported the alleged abuse to law enforcement or medical professionals. Some tested positive for unknown substances. "One that keeps coming up is Xylazine, also known as 'tranq,' which our research indicates is a horse tranquilizer." The alleged abuse spans over three decades and often took place at events like album release parties, New Year's Eve and Fourth of July celebrations, Combs' famous "White Parties," and other social gatherings. "If you're wondering why there are so many alleged victims, that's your answer. We're talking about over 25 years of this behavior."

Buzbee, who already represents victims of the deadly crowd crush at Travis Scott's 2021 Astroworld concert, first announced his involvement in Combs' case with a social media post last Thursday. By Tuesday, Buzbee said over 3,200 people had contacted the law firms with Combs-related allegations in recent days. "Each individual story is gut-wrenching and heartbreaking. The alleged acts took place at hotels, private homes, and also at the infamous P-Diddy 'Freak Off' parties," he said. "The violations against this group of individuals are mindboggling and can only be described as debauchery and depravity, exacted by powerful people against minors and the vulnerable."

Combs, 54, was arrested in Manhattan two weeks ago when federal prosecutors announced his indictment on racketeering and sex trafficking charges. The 14-page indictment alleges that Combs ran a criminal enterprise that engaged in "unlawful acts of violence including sexual violence," interstate prostitution, narcotics distribution, arson, bribery, kidnapping, and obstruction of justice. Combs pleaded not guilty to the indictment charges and was denied bail. During hearings arguing for Combs' release, his lawyers described the "freak offs" in a much different light. Combs' attorney Marc Agnifilio argued that the allegedly violent sex parties were voluntary.

"Is it sex trafficking? No, not if everybody wants to be there," Agnifilo told the court. Descriptions of Combs' alleged "freak offs" first emerged in the graphic assault and sex-trafficking complaint filed by Combs' ex-girlfriend Casandra "Cassie" Ventura last November. Cassie alleges Combs forced her to slather herself in oil and submit to the highly orchestrated sex performances that would trash hotel rooms and leave her badly injured.

The indictment of Combs unsealed on September 17 in the Southern District of New York alleges that federal investigators seized over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant, as well as narcotics and three AR-15 rifles with defaced serial numbers, when they raided Combs' homes in Los Angeles and Miami Beach last March. As he awaits trial in a Brooklyn federal detention center, Combs faces at least a dozen civil lawsuits filed in the aftermath of Cassie's explosive lawsuit.

Two suits filed last Thanksgiving, just as New York's Adult Survivors Act was set to expire, allege Combs sexually assaulted women as far back as the early 1990s. Combs and his lawyers have labeled the civil lawsuits "fabricated" and filed as a "money grab."
