EEW President Dianna Hobbs calls Maranda Curtis a ‘God-sent’ guest worshiper for her prayer conference

EEW Magazine President, Dianna Hobbs, who is gearing up for her 2018 ACTIVATE Regional Prayer Conference on June 23rd and 24th, says Bishop T.D. Jakes’ worship leader, Maranda Curtis—the confirmed guest worshiper for Saturday—is “God-sent.”

Hobbs, both the conference founder and host, says she knows in her heart that the chart-topping recording artist is the right fit for this “life-changing encounter in the presence of the Lord.”

“God knew exactly what the occasion called for and He sent Maranda Curtis to fulfill this important assignment focusing on the power of prayer and worship,” says Hobbs, who was miraculously healed of two incurable autoimmune diseases at a prayer service in March 2017.

According to the award-winning founder of the host organization, Empowering Everyday Women Ministries, Inc., the miracle that changed her life forever is also what birthed ACTIVATE 2018 in her spirit.

She wants others to experience the transforming power of the Holy Spirit that heals bodies, save souls, breaks chains of bondage, and sets every captive free.

“I am a testament to what the power of authentic worship and the effectual fervent prayers of the righteous can produce, so we are excited about bringing the body of Christ together for ACTIVATE 2018,” said Hobbs.

She continued, “We have an amazing team that is fasting, praying, and organizing, and an anointed lineup of local, regional, and national guests. We are going to, no doubt, see wonderful things happen!”

The two-day event, which is free and open to the public, is a mission-based, non-denominational gathering to encourage believers to combine prayer, worship and faith, to see God do wonders in their lives.

Saturday morning, afternoon and evening events will take place at Elim Christian Fellowship Church in Buffalo, NY at 70 Chalmers Place, 14214.  Day sessions begin at 9 am. Evening worship starts promptly at 7 pm.

On Sunday, an impartation service will be held at Covenant of Grace Fellowship International at 6 pm, 2351 Whirlpool St., Niagara Falls, NY 14305. This is the very site where Hobbs was healed.

On each night, doors open one hour in advance.

Curtis, who is featured in several of Jakes’ viral praise and worship clips, has been traveling extensively as her project, The Maranda Experience, sets the hearts and ears  of listeners ablaze.

The in-demand psalmist, whose palpable passion and God-touched vocals move Christian audiences across the nation is “the one God chose for such a time as this,” said Hobbs.
