Inside their individual care package they will receive a card, warm blankets and socks, all natural lip balms and moisturizers, free books and devotions, t-shirts, and gift cards for online or in-store shopping that can be used at more than 100 retailers around the world.

In addition to helping us take care of others, don’t forget to take care of yourself by looking out for these 7 signs of breast cancer:
A lump in your breast
Lumps under your arm
Breast swelling
Irritation of the breast
Nipple pain or breast pain
Changes in breast texture like thickening, reddening, dimpling or scaliness
Discharge from the nipple that isn’t breast milk
If you notice any of these things mentioned above, head in to see your doctor. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Make sure you maintain your temple.
